Damiano Michieletto's witty production is still fun and as full of life as ever. With sincerity and dramatic depth, in this present-day proposal we recognize the characters as archetypes of the commedia dell'arte but of our own small world and, immediately, they are moving. Michieletto blazes a trail to the heart of a seemingly playful work, considered the apotheosis of opera buffa. Art sheet and cast Carlos Calderón is an active speaker at various Catalan cultural institutions.
