Ximénez-Spínola: Raw material and soul of a wine
In this 4th Edition of the Gastronomic Tastings our guests were the Ximénez-Espinola wineries with their Brandy that comes from a fertile triangle created between the municipalities of Jerez de la Frontera, Sanlúcar de Barrameda and Puerto de Santa María.

The tasting was accompanied by a tasting menu with 'jamón de Bellota' with tomato bread, caramelized foie micuit, Pedro Ximénez Iberian 'pluma', Pecorino cheese with Sottobosco tartufo and chocolate with fleur de sel.
