Kaimerata Concerts
Tuesday, 11 January 12:30

The Music Comission of the Círculo del Liceo hosted the preview of the recital Kaimerata Concerts offered by the Kaimerata quartet. During this pre-premiere matinee, attendees were able to listen to some movements of the concert, with explanations to be able to further appreciate this intense and magnificent music.

Kaimerata is a musical group led by its founder and artistic director, the violinist Kai Gleusteen, concertmaster of the Gran Teatre del Liceu. Since 2009 he has been working on various musical dissemination projects, such as the Kaimerata Concerts, dedicating each season to a different composer, in order to publicize the universe of the honored musician through a selection of representative pieces of his work.
The cycle, which was born within the framework of the Conservatori del Liceu's programming, awakens season after season the interest of a wide and diverse audience, ranging from the most demanding public, seduced by the musical quality of the performances, to the non-public. A regular at classical music concerts, attracted by the varied format and the close character offered by the cycle.
