The Music Commission of the Círculo del Liceo hosted the screening of the opera "Salomé" by Richard Strauss (Royal Opera House, 2008). The event included a brief introduction by Rosa Massagué, music journalist.
Introduction - 6:45 p.m.
Start - 7 pm
End - 9 pm

Salomé made Richard Strauss famous as a world-class opera composer. An atmosphere of macabre decadence emerges from David McVicar's staging and Es Devlin's Art Deco scenery. Salomé, played by Nadja Michael, is innocence, sensuality and violence.
