The Music Comission of the Círculo del Liceo hosted the conference "The great tenors of Italian opera in the 20th century" by Antoni Colomer, cultural manager, critic and music disseminator.

An illustrated review of the evolution of the vocality of the tenor string in Italian opera since the appearance of the phonograph. From the stylistic and commercial revolution that the irruption of Enrico Caruso supposes to the glorious postwar generation and the contemporaries of Maria Callas.

Antoni Colomer has developed his career in institutions and festivals such as the Gran Teatre del Liceu, the Schubertíada, Joventuts Musicals d'Espanya and the Xavier Montsalvatge Association. As a critic and musicologist, he has collaborated with Catalunya Música, La Vanguardia Cultures, Núvol Digital, Platea Magazine and Revista Musical Catalana, among others.
