The Círculo del Liceo hosted the Lunch-Colloquium «Why Europe needs Africa» with Rosa Cañadas, president of Tanja Foundation.
Rosa Cañadas has a PhD in Financial Techniques and Markets and a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris. Entrepreneur born in Tangier, her family has been living in Morocco for over 80 years.
The Tanja Foundation was born in 2008 with the mission of improving perceptions and relations between Morocco and Spain, promoting knowledge and approchement between the two countries and promoting meetings between Spanish businessmen and their Moroccan counterparts. They also work to bring Spanish and Moroccan civil society closer together and highlight the true socio-economic role of women in both cultures.
